A member of the special police force is sent to cease a criminal. On his way he recalls how a day earlier he and his colleagues enforced order at a protest demonstration, arrested people, used bludgeons. On arrival it turns out that the «criminal» is a young opposition blogger. And the only person who has risen to his defense is his younger brother.
