Med udgangspunkt i satirisk humor og kontroversielle klip fra DR2’s julekalender ‘Yallahrup Færgeby’ opfører Omar Marzouk et stand-up show i Libanon. Publikum er blandet, der er inviteret repræsentanter fra den religiøse og den intellektuelle klasse. Der er vestlige diplomater og lokale libanesere og på forreste række sidder Mullaherne. Showet foregår i en gammel hangar i den Hizbollah-kontrollerede del af Beirut, hvor stand-up er et helt ukendt fænomen. Omar skal tage deres ‘Stand-up mødom’, som han selv udtrykker det.
