Two friends, Julia Ferenzi and Delphine Balland, work at the same company, Phonesystem, which is soon to be listed on the stock exchange. Management decides to relocate production, and several employees are laid off. While Julia keeps her job, Delphine is among the unfortunate ones who are let go. Determined not to give up, she decides to open a restaurant. She quickly runs into trouble with the banks, which refuse to lend her €10,000. Julia gets involved.
