Azrael & Malaquias

Two angels—Azrael (Manuel Raposo) and Malaquías (Carlos Quezada)—who fell out of God’s favor over thirty years ago, now work at Heaven’s behest to capture wayward souls in the dark, decaying world of Quisqueya. Abandoned by God, their only recourse is to forge alliances with the being who, like them, once fell from the heavens. It is a story of redemption, *bachata* music, and violent clashes involving pistols, knives, and machetes. It centers on a single goal: to dream of their missions once more, so they may walk the Lord’s "righteous" paths and—under His command—eradicate the evil lurking around every corner.
