The film tells the story of Dewi (Anneth Delliecia), who runs an event planning business, and Dewa (Diza Rafengga), who is both the breadwinner of his family and Dewi’s business partner. Their friendship was fine at first. Dewa always helped out at the events Dewi organized. However, one day, their friendship became strained because Dewa—who was supposed to be the clown at a children’s birthday party organized by one of Dewi’s clients—had to leave right as the event was starting to take his sick grandmother to the hospital. Dewi was confused by the incident, especially since Toni (Heru Kurniawan)—Dewi’s boyfriend—asked her to end her working relationship with Dewa, claiming he was unprofessional. However, Dewi refused; on the other hand, she understood that it wasn’t Dewa’s choice. It was Dewi’s stance that angered Toni, causing a rift in their relationship.
