On the devastated planet Walpurgis, two surviving girls named Garnet and Crystal spend their days sending distress signals into space in the hope of being rescued. Accompanied by their robots Carrot and Koutetsumaru, their emergency broadcasts gradually turn into something quite different when Crystal suggests transforming the SOS messages into an extravagant variety show in an attempt to catch the attention of someone out there.
