A writer falls in love with one of his characters, devoting more attention to her than to his own wife. A conflict of expectations arises: Amadeu waits for Dalina, who hopes for his affection in return; Carmina waits for Amadeu, who replaces her with Dalina under the pretext of being consumed by a new creative idea for his novel.
