
Mahjuba is a middle-aged old maid. She lives in a house surrounded by a large plot of land with her half-brother, who exploits her, and his teenage son, whom she looks after. As the boy becomes an addict, she forgets about the idea of marriage, but her neighbor asks to marry her and proposes to her the idea of turning the land into a wedding hall, and she agrees, but her brother stands in the way.
