About Syrup Snips, Death and Zorba and a Little More

DirectorKnut Andersen

Drama

Fifteen-year-old Lars has a grandmother who is not quite like other grandmothers. "I want to die as a living human being," she says. This film tells the story of the last days the two of them share together, and surprisingly, it is not a sad film. They talk about life, eat traditional syrup cookies (sirupsnipper), and dance the Zorba.
