Just a Concert

Olya is used to the fact that the whole world lies at her feet. And not because she’s rich or overly ambitious: it’s just that Olya works as a crane operator and knows that it’s better to look down on problems — that way they don’t seem so significant. Olya has a ton of problems: the rent is overdue, the hairdryer broke down at the most important moment, and she’s never had an evening dress in her life — even though today is exactly the day when she desperately needs one. After all, in the evening, Olya goes to the Capella to see and hear the one she came for — her Valya — singing in the second row of the boys’ choir.
