On August 8, 2024, the town of Lahaina was devastated by a massive wildfire, leaving most of the historic town in ruins. It became one of the deadliest wildfires in U.S. history, displacing thousands of residents and claiming many lives. A year later, this small, close-knit community continues to struggle with rebuilding.
