Yoko suffers from an eye disease and undergoes corneal surgery. From the day the bandages are removed after the surgery, strange things begin to happen. In her dreams, she hears a man's voice calling her "Hitomi." For a fleeting moment, she sees the man's face—it's Dr. Endo, her ophthalmologist. When she wakes up in the morning, her private parts are wet. One day, Yoko receives a call from Majima, the husband of the woman who was her corneal donor. Majima tells her that the donor's name was Hitomi and that she died in a traffic accident. As they talk, Yoko finds herself drawn to Majima. Yoko's husband is surprised by how increasingly bold Yoko's sex life becomes after the surgery, despite her supposedly chaste nature. Dr. Endo, the ophthalmologist, and the man Majima who suddenly appears. And what was the real cause of death of the woman named Hitomi...?
