Salmah's marriage to Suhaimi is not approved by her family, who consider him beneath their status. Salmah remains faithful in her love for Suhaimi with all her heart and is blessed with a son named Hadi. Their life begins to be tested when Suhaimi's work contract ends and he starts experiencing financial difficulties. Suhaimi is not only forced to accept Salmah's decision to divorce, but also has to accept her wish to separate him from their only child, Hadi. Hadi is raised by his mother, Salmah, and his stepfather Azli. As an adult, Hadi continues his studies abroad. Upon returning to his homeland, Hadi becomes a wayward son, far removed from religious teachings, until he finds out too late about Salmah's illness caused by cancer. Hadi's biological father, who is in Doha, desperately wants to get to know Hadi even though Hadi seems cold towards him. He plans to bring Hadi to Doha and perform umrah together with the hope that Hadi will change for the better.
