Anith Fitriah (Aishah Azman) only wants a perfect love story, but instead receives only suffering. Her marriage to Dzul Ehsan (Ashraf Muslim) is forced upon her by her family's insistence, merely to help her forget her former fiancé, Nik Afezal (Fadlan Hazim), who was thought to have died in an accident. Although the marriage was made with good intentions, it burdens Anith because Ehsan is a widower with a child named Aya (Indah Emeerlda). Nevertheless, Anith manages to adapt and train herself to be a loving mother. However, her marriage to Ehsan is forced to end because their marriage is unhappy. While grieving, Anith unexpectedly reunites with her former fiancé whom she believed was dead, Nik Afezal. Anith discovers that Nik Afezal's death years ago was actually just a ploy by his family to separate them. After three years of being reunited, Anith begins to love Nik Afezal again. However, Nik Afezal is actually suffering from depression, which causes him to often act irrationally.
