# Translation It tells the story of Aleesa (Amelia Henderson) who is visited by an unfamiliar man, Amer (Aedy Ashraf). Aleesa is asked to impersonate Natasha, who has disappeared because they both have the same face. Amer promises to bear the cost of surgery for his mother, Hanisah (Datin Seri Maria Farida) if Aleesa agrees to become Natasha for the sake of Datuk Ramzi's (Dato' Jalaludin Hassan) health, who is still in the hospital. Since she only needs to impersonate her for a short time, Aleesa agrees. Aleesa only needs to go to the hospital and talk to Datuk Ramzi who is still unconscious. Natasha had decided to elope with Zuhairi (Ikmal Amry) at the border when her grandfather, Datuk Ramzi, wanted to separate them from each other. Furthermore, Datuk Ramzi wants to marry his only granddaughter to Amer. After losing Natasha, Datuk Ramzi suffers a heart attack and is admitted to the hospital.
