Ryugen (Hitoshi Ozawa) and Toraji (Kazuyoshi Ozawa) are the two candidates to succeed the head of the Kanto Kyojinkai. The conflict between the two over the presidency intensified and eventually escalated into an internal power struggle. Due to Toraji’s underhanded schemes, Ryugen was arrested. Seizing this opportunity to seize control and rapidly expand his influence, Toraji ran wild, leaving the gang in turmoil.
