A year ago, Ryota's wife Saeko passed away in her hospital bed, and she had asked him not to fall in love with or have sex with any other women until the first anniversary of her death. One day, while Saeko's younger sister Ayano was praying at Saeko's gravestone, a strong wind blew and Saeko appeared dressed in a shrine maiden's outfit, causing Ayano to lose consciousness.
