The result is 'Abschalten' (Shut Down), created shortly after Chornobyl, which uses photos by Günther Zint to show how the state and the electricity industry are conducting discussions with opponents of nuclear power about the Brockdorf nuclear power plant. The film uses photos, titles, landscapes distorted in the camera, and music.
