Maya, a physiotherapist in her forties, relocates to the UK after a painful divorce and the loss of her ability to conceive. Living with her caring aunt Ammu, she withdraws emotionally and immerses herself in work. Her routine changes when she begins treating Mahesh, a stubborn sixty-year-old Marathi man recovering from a fracture. Initially hostile, Mahesh agrees to therapy after intervention from his son Siddharth, an optimistic widower and devoted father. As sessions progress, Mahesh's vulnerability emerges, and Maya saves his life twice. A quiet bond forms through shared loneliness, while Maya also feels drawn to Siddharth's warmth.
