

The Horror Story of Xiangxi
In the early years of the Republic of China, deserter Pi Si tracks a fake Taoist priest to Tianmen Town in Xiangxi, uncovering his conspiracy to traffic young girls and transport corpses. Unexpectedly, this leads to the legend of the treasure of the rebel king, attracting the attention of many. Pi Si eventually becomes entangled with Yang Peiru, the beloved daughter of a warlord, and with the help of a chieftain's son and a Miao girl, they gradually unravel the secrets of the treasure, triggering a series of farcical treasure-hunting events.
