The lecherous monk Chingen collapsed during a tryst with his mistress and remains unconscious in the hospital. Rin offers her body in an attempt to revive him. The atmosphere of the temple and the village had completely changed under the leadership of Kenchin, who succeeded her. When Chingen regains consciousness and goes to the temple, he finds the bizarre sight of the head priest Kenchin tying up a village woman and copying Buddhist scriptures onto her body...
