While a serial killer is on the loose in Mexico City during the spring, a man in love walks the streets and is approached by a strange flower vendor who tries to persuade him to buy a bouquet for his girlfriend. After being persuaded and buying the bouquet, the man encounters a woman who appears to be his beloved.
