A journalist who witnessed a murder on the subway characterized the culprit is socially vulnerable. Then, she confronts the culprit and searches for answers. This provokes a threat experiment against the citizens of Tokyo. If 100 billion yen was not remitted, Tokyo would be reseted by an atomic bomb.
