Oda Takanori (Yasukaze Motomiya), head of Asuka Industries and secret leader of a vigilante group, is approached by Nagoshi Kōnosuke (Yorikazu Morimoto), chairman of the Nagoshi Group, with an unusual request. He asks Oda to rehabilitate Jin Yamazaki (Kandai Ueda), his illegitimate son and a former host who once worked under the Murakami-gumi—a group Oda had previously dismantled. Though Oda reluctantly agrees, Kanayama strongly opposes the decision, while Suzuki (Ichizō Matsuda) tries to keep the peace. Meanwhile, Kuro-matsu Ichirō (Hitoshi Ozawa), chairman of the Ashikaga-kai–affiliated Kuromatsu-kai, is released from prison. Replacing his fugitive younger brother, he emerges as a powerful new enemy standing in Oda’s way.
