A painter from New York City, with no prior backpacking experience, embarks on an ambitious journey to hike the 500-mile-long Colorado Trail. Accompanied by pack burro racing donkeys, he attempts to travel from downtown Denver to downtown Durango— a feat that has not been undertaken in over 50 years. This documentary explores the power of art, the magic of determination, and the freedom of adventure.
