The first part of the cartoon is a philosophical parable about life to the music of "Introduction and Rondo Capriccioso" by Saint–Saens. The second plot of Massenet's "Elegy" is a story about young lovers who do not notice anything around them and are obsessed only with their feelings. The third plot is based on Louis Armstrong's legendary composition "Let my people go".
