"Not so long ago we were owners of our land, but when they built the road, the last mill in the valley stopped working. We lost sovereignty. Today we are going to cut the road and recover the grain. Do we have to ask for permission for that? Because we are owners of our territory?" In the last town of Cunqueiro, a group of neighbors organizes to recover the grain after a mistake that others made when building the new road. "Il mulín", with the Asturian forests as a backdrop, shows the importance of neighborhood and family as an act of rebellion.
