DirectorJulia Milz
“The attempt to shoot a portrait of Daniel, an outsider musician, fails when he begins to establish his own terms and conditions.”
Julia meets Daniel, a musician who is stranded in Cuxhaven. She is immediately drawn to his talent and vulnerability and decides to make a film about him. However, the project takes an unexpected turn when Daniel begins to communicate with Julia through long video messages, expressing his desire to run away with her. At first, she is intrigued but as time goes on she becomes overwhelmed by his demands and begins to question the power dynamics of their relationship.
