“An evicted poet decides to reconcile with her daughter and make her death her last poem.”
Carmen has years of being diagnosed with cervical cancer, after being evicted, she makes the decision to reunite with her daughter and remove the weight that she has carried for 21 years of having abandoned her and never having told her everything she felt for her. Without Mireya's forgiveness, Carmen knows that she is leaving this earth without the bond of the person she loves the most, thanks to her mistakes.
