Uptight Rachel is trying to protect her stepson Jeremy and her stepdaughter Misty from bad influences. Her late husband's Will stipulated that in order to gain their inheritance they must do well at school and not have sex before marriage. Meanwhile, Rachel's wild-living sister Dallas has come to stay, and is threatening to upset her best laid plans.
