On a copy in the Spier Collection, London, of Caravaggio's Crucifixion of St. Andrew in the Cleveland Museum of Art. The copy was formerly attributed to Flemish artist Louis Finson, but after extensive restoration, the author concludes it is a genuine Caravaggio, possibly executed as a gift or form of payment to Finson.
