Johannes Itten
Das Kunstmuseum Bern und der Martin-Gropius-Bau Berlin widmen von November 2012 bis Ende Juli 2013 den bedeutenden Schweizer Künstlern Johannes Itten und Paul Klee eine Ausstellung, die erstmals die künstlerische Auseinandersetzung beider mit dem Thema der Farbe in vergleichenden Gegenüberstellungen fokussiert: Die Ausstellung führt in fünf grossen Etappen, gruppiert um prominente Schlüsselwerke, in den Farbkosmos von Itten und Klee und ihre Überlegungen zu den Aspekten Farbe und Esoterik, Farbaura, Farbharmonie, Farbe und Abstraktion oder Farbe und Natur ein.
